I first fell in love with Pilates back in 2021. The world was just starting to catch its breath after the ripple effects of the pandemic. I was looking for a meaningful way to get back into fitness after years of not prioritizing myself.
Practicing Pilates really made me think... it was about the way I was moving my body, controlling my range of motion, engaging my core, which muscles I was utilizing, and the way I coordinated my breath with the exercises - all based on the six principals of Pilates:

I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to turn my passion into a thriving profession that makes me feel fulfilled inside and out. I officially completed a vigorous 500-hour Pilates Teacher Training Certification in February 2023! Through this passion, I wish to spread awareness about the ways Pilates can help others, especially those who don't think it would be right for them.

I currently teach at various Pilates studios around the Western Suburbs. In addition, I also have an in-home studio equipped with state of the art Balanced Body equipment: an Allegro 2 Reformer, as well as a Balanced Body Pilates Combo Chair, in addition to some other fun props!
